Although my year is progressing well, I am definitely in a quandary. What's the problem, you might be asking? Well, quite frankly, I have buyers out the wazoo. Literally. Buyers are literally busting out of my wazoo...
But, I digress.
I have loads of buyers who are well qualified, ready to buy, chomping at the bit, and...alas, there are not enough houses out there to fill their needs. My problem could very well be your opportunity - especially if you have a house to sell. Maybe you've been thinking about selling your house and have yet to make the leap? If so, call me! Maybe you're at the opposite end of the spectrum - you haven't even thought about selling your home, at least not recently. If so, and your home is located in Harford County, I'm going to need you to call me - like
yesterday - because your house is in demand. Either way, no matter the circumstance, one of my buyers may be able to make you an offer you'd be hard-pressed to refuse.
I'm just saying.
